What is the best way for a YWAM base to provide Staff and Volunteer Applications that can be filled out, submitted, and reviewed online?
What do you guys think of this? Not just from a technology standpoint but from a philosophical one.
I'm a "YWAM Associate" and running a brand/marketing/communications consultancy here in Melbourne, Australia.

I'd share a few of my own suggestions and insights about wordpress. I
will basically make this a suggestion to some great wordpress plugins.
Over the years I have had a love/hate relationship with website development. It began way back, ether near the end of the last century or the beginning of this one. That was the good ol' days when HTML 4.0 was still new, and using nested tables was the cool way of aligning content.
The other day I found this site with reviews of loads of freeware programmes.
